Do you need to access opioid agonist therapy (buprenorphine / naloxone or methadone)?

The Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) Gap Coverage Program provides Albertans who currently do not have supplementary health benefits coverage with 120 days of free coverage for buprenorphine/naloxone or methadone. People using this program are expected to enrol in the supplementary health benefits program for longer coverage. To extend coverage longer than 120 days, you must complete this form.
