Are you a senior (over 65 years old) who does not have access to private medication coverage or who has exhausted that coverage?

If yes, you should be eligible to receive full public coverage of all prescribed medicines that are listed on the PEI Pharmacare Formulary. However, you will have to pay a (per prescription) co-payment of $8.25, plus up to $7.69 toward the cost of the pharmacist’s professional (dispensing) fee. The formulary is available online and is updated regularly.
