Are you a resident living in a low-income household who does not have access to private medication coverage or who has exhausted that coverage?

Yes

If yes, you are eligible to apply for coverage under the Access Plan. After approval, you should be eligible to receive full public coverage of all prescribed medicines that are listed on the NLPDP Coverage Status Table. However, you will be required to pay a per prescription co-payment that varies between 20-70% of the prescription cost, based on yourhousehold income level. The table is available online and is updated regularly. You can search online to see the listing status of your medication.
