Are you a resident facing prescription costs that represent a high proportion of household income, do not have access to private medication coverage or who has exhausted that coverage?

Yes

If yes, you are eligible to apply for coverage under the Assurance Plan. After approval, you should be eligible to receive full public coverage of all prescribed medicines that are listed on the NLPDP Coverage Status Table. However, you will be required to pay an annual deductible equal to a certain percentage of your annual family income (between 5-10% depending on your household income level). The table is available online and is updated regularly. You can search online to determine the listing status of your medication.
