If yes, you may apply for the New Brunswick Drug Plan and become eligible for full public coverage of all prescribed medicines that are listed on the New Brunswick Prescription Drug Programs (NBPDP) Formulary after you pay an annual premium. The annual premium is based on your family income, plus a 30% (per prescription) co-payment up to a maximum of between $5-30, depending on your family income. The formulary is available publicly, and it is possible to search it by looking up the name of the medication to see if it is covered.
