CSPA presents Breaking Barriers: Bolstering mental health and resiliency among skin patients. Join us for a two-evening, virtual event December 4 and 5 to learn about how you can manage your mental health and wellbeing while navigating life with a skin, hair, or nail condition! Session 1: December 4, 2024 - 6-8 PM ET Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley, Registered Clinical Psychologist sharing insights and coping strategies for managing life with a chronic disease. Panel discussion with Dr. Lee-Baggley and dermatology patients. Session 2: December 5, 2024 - 6-8 PM ET John Westhaver, resiliency expert and burn survivor sharing tools on resiliency.Panel discussion with John Westhaver and dermatology patients.
