If yes, your parents are eligible to apply for coverage under the Family Health Benefit Drug Program. After approval you should be eligible to receive full public coverage of all prescribed medicines that are listed on the PEI Pharmacare Formulary, if your annual household income is lower than the prescribed amounts. The formulary is available online and is updated regularly.
